Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Vadicure Wellness, we strive to provide you with the highest quality Ayurvedic and wellness products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and trustworthy.
1. Returns
- Due to the nature of our products (healthcare and consumables), opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
- Only unopened, unused, and sealed products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to quality inspection.
- To request a return, please contact us at vadicurewellness@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of prepaid orders, the refund will exclude delivery costs.
3. Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be raised before dispatch of the order.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- For prepaid cancellations, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Damaged / Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
- After verification, we will either replace the product at no extra cost or initiate a refund as per your preference.
